The conference is scheduled for this week-end. Friday, you can access the SH-342 for the talk via Sherbrooke Street (200,  Sherbrooke West St.) Please make sure you arrive on time; volunteers will be there to meet you at registration from 4:45pm to 5:30. Payment in cash is to be made upon arrival (10$ for speakers, 20$ otherwise). If you are not coming Friday night, then you can register Saturday morning.

Upon registration, the organizers will give you a name tag. This name tag will allow you to move around in the UQAM science complex and will help us identify the participants. Please keep it on you at all time. The welcome package, which includes a notepad, a pen and the program, will be delt on Saturday morning.

Saturday, UQAM is closed; the entrance will be through President-Kennedy, next to Place-des-Arts metro. You must take stairs or elevators to the third floor and follow the instructions to get to the Sherbrooke pavilion.

Some mistakes and typos were made when attributing the rooms for the conferences. Note that all the rooms are located one next to the other. Registration and food are now scheduled to be held in SH-3580. The talk schedules along with the name of the speakers will be posted next to the classes and the entrance. As usual, we try to have one talk in French and one in English at the same time to accomodate people who do not speak either language. To contribute making this event environment friendly, and since mathematicians are machines that turn coffee into theorem, we ask you to bring your own mug or glass to reduce the carbon footprint. We have food for vegetarians, do not hesitate to ask our volunteers for more information.

Saturday, after the conferences, we will go to the restaurant. Due to logistic problems and the too large number of registrations, we were forced to change restaurant. Temporarily, we will be going to Nudo in the Chinatown ; reservations will be confirmed Friday and we will confirm the information Saturday.
